The Spaces
On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy room with a garden view, complete with a snug open fireplace and a smart TV with Netflix in the sitting area. The sliding door provides access to the garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, extractor hood, combi microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso. There is also crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils available. The ground floor bathroom features a shower, sink unit with mirror, and toilet. Additionally, there is a versatile room with a desk, children’s books, pencils, markers, toys, and games for all ages.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has two comfortable single box spring beds and an open wardrobe. The second bedroom also has two single box spring beds and an open wardrobe. Empty suitcases can be placed under the stairs to keep them out of the way.

The holiday home is located in the bungalow park Het Hart van Drenthe, where you can enjoy all available facilities, such as bike rental or a nice cup of coffee with a sandwich or a piece of cake.

Vakantiewoning de "Oeverzwaluw" met ruime tuin op het zuiden, en terras met tuinhaard. In de zomer dus een heerlijke plek om te genieten van het zonnetje. In de Winter is de tuin een fijn uitzicht en zorgt de heg voor privacy.

Woonkamer met airco, openhaard, smart televisie (met uitgebreid zenderpakket en Netflix), comfortabele bank, relaxfauteuil en salontafel.
Moderne keuken volledig uitgerust met inductiekookplaat, afzuigkap, combimagnetron, koelkast met vriesvak, vaatwasser, waterkoker, filterkoffiezetapparaat en Nespresso. Servies, bestek en kookgerei zijn aanwezig.
Badkamer op de begane grond met een douche, wastafelmeubel met spiegel en toilet. Voor iedereen ligt een handdoek klaar. Ook is er toiletpapier en een fönn aanwezig in de badkamer.
Het overdekte zwembad is dagelijks geopend vanaf 09.00. De watertemperatuur is gemiddeld 30 graden en diepte is 1,35 meter. Ook is er een glijbaan en een heerlijke bubbelbank aanwezig.
